Hand Made Personalised Wall Clock Based on the Daimler 250 Dart speedoThe Daimler Dart was, as its name suggests, a sports model, and was launched at the New York Motor Show in 1959. Featuring red artwork based on this classic Daimler speedometer/dashboard, this framed wall clock incorporates the clock into the speedometer. It also features an engine plate design which gives the vital statistics for the car such as the top speed, engine size and year produced. Each clock is hand made to order and can be personalised with the mileometer/trip meter reading as a date. The clock runs on a single AA battery (not supplied).Hand made wood frame (FSC Certified) with glass. The clock face (the whole area within the frame) is created as original artwork and printed on heavyweight archival matt art paper with archival inks. Clock movement: German UTS precision quartz movement with all metal hands running on an AA battery (not supplied).The clock can be personalised with the mileometer showing as a date – for example 090668 for 9th September 1968 with the ’68’ in red and the rest in white numbers.
